What is a pre-order?
Pre-orders are for specific products for which we have started taking orders, but the production process is not yet complete. These products will continue to be ordered in bulk until a minimum order quantity is determined. Once the minimum order quantity is reached, the production process will begin, and your products will be prepared for shipment.

Product Selection and Features
Each pre-order product is offered with personalized options. Some of our products have fixed features, while others offer options that can be customized to individual preferences. You must specify your preferences from these options when placing your order.

Minimum Order Quantity
Each product has a minimum order quantity. This quantity is necessary for the production process to begin. Once the minimum order quantity is reached, the production process for that product begins, and your products are prepared and shipped within the specified delivery time. Multiple customers can order the same product, but production will not begin until the total order quantity reaches the minimum.

Order Placement Time
Each pre-order product has a specific order period. You can place your order within this period. Once the order period ends, it will no longer be possible to place a new order for the pre-order product. Please ensure you receive your product by placing your order on time.

Production and Delivery Time
The production time for pre-orders begins after the minimum order quantity is reached. Once the product is manufactured, it will be shipped to your address within the specified delivery time.

Cancellations and Changes
For products you pre-order, cancellations or changes can be made before the end of the order period. However, cancellations and changes are not possible once the production process has begun. Please check all details when placing your order.

Price and Payment
Prices may vary depending on key features, production process, and order quantity. Payment must be completed when placing your order. Pre-ordered products are sold at the stated price.
