At Vienetta, we offer the option to personalize our products through a pre-order system, enabling us to provide you with unique designs. Below you will find all the details regarding pre-orders:

What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is for products for which we have started taking orders, but whose production process has not yet been completed. These products continue to be ordered in bulk until a minimum order quantity is met. Once the minimum order quantity is reached, the production process begins, and your products are prepared for delivery to you.

Product Selection and Features
Each pre-order product is offered with special customization options. Our products have some unchangeable features and some options that can vary based on personal preferences. You need to specify your preferences for these options when placing your order.

Minimum Order Quantity
Every product has a minimum order quantity. This amount is necessary for the production process to begin. Once the minimum order quantity is met, the production process for that product starts, and your products are prepared and shipped within the specified delivery period. Multiple customers can order the same product, but production will not start until the total minimum order quantity is reached.

Order Placement Time
Each pre-order product has a specific ordering period. You can place your order during this period. Once the ordering period ends, it will not be possible to place a new order for that pre-order product. Please ensure your product by placing your order on time.

Production and Delivery Time
The production time for a pre-order begins after the minimum order quantity is reached. Once the product is manufactured, it will be sent to your address within the specified delivery period.

Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations or changes for your pre-ordered product can be made before the end of the ordering period. However, once the production process has started, cancellations and changes are not possible. Please check all details when placing your order.

Price and Payment
Prices may vary depending on prominent features, the production process, and the order quantity. Payment must be completed when placing your order. Pre-order products are sold at the specified price.
